Madoro Metals Corp. is an emerging resource company evaluating, acquiring, and exploring mineral properties in Canada and Mexico. Madoro holds an Option to acquire a 100% interest in the First Green Property located in the emerging Cadillac-Pontiac lithium camp in the Abitibi Témiscamingue region, approximately 75 kilometres southwest of Val-d’Or, Québec; and a 100% interest in the Cerro Minas Property in Oaxaca, Mexico.

Cerro Minas

The Cerro Minas Property lies within the Oaxaca epithermal Au-Ag belt, approximately 130 kilometers southeast of Oaxaca City, and 30 kilometers southeast of Gold Resource Corporation’s (NYSE American: GORO) operating Arista-Switchback mine. The Property is an inlier to the Yautepec Project concession and covers 5 kilometers strike length of highly prospective ground along a northwest trending caldera structural margin. In addition, the Property contains polymetallic skarn-style mineralization (Ag-Au-Cu-Pb-Zn) that is the subject of historical reports by the Mexican Consejo de Recursos Minerales which documents small-scale artisanal mining.

First Green Mineral Project

The Project is located within an emerging lithium belt where large mineral claim holdings have been assembled by numerous companies. The Project lies directly north of the Tansim mineral project held by Elevra Lithium Limited (ASX: ELV) (previously Sayona Mining) and southwest of the Decelles mineral project held by Power Metals Corp (TSX-V: PWM).
