Mr. Berka, M.Sc., P. Eng. has 50 years of international business experience in North America and Europe, with extensive experience in the corporate governance, financing, marketing, and administration of public companies, in addition to corporate communication, public relations and contract negotiations. Mr. Berka has served as a Director and Officer of various listed issuers traded on the TSX, TSX Venture Exchange, CSE and NASDAQ. Mr. Berka is a graduate engineer with a M.Sc. (Dipl.Ing.) degree from Slovak Technical University, Bratislava, Slovakia (1968) and has been a member of the Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia since 1977.

Mr. Ostroff began his career at RBC Dominion Securities in 1987 where he focused on small cap special situations and alternative investments. In 1999, he joined the M&A advisory firm Goodrich Capital as Managing Partner overseeing mandates in several industries, including display technologies and mining.  In 2004, Mr. Ostroff became a proprietary trader at a Canadian bank, and subsequently joined Windermere Capital as Managing Director.  He has sat on Arianne Phosphate's board since 2014 and served as CEO since 2016.  Mr. Ostroff is a graduate of the University of Toronto (1986).

Mr. Archer co-founded Great Panther Mining Limited, a mid-tier precious metals producer with mines in Mexico, Brazil and Peru, having served as President & CEO from 2004 to 2017, and as a Director until June 2020.  With 24 years of experience in Mexico, he brings a wealth of operating knowledge in Madoro's project jurisdiction. Mr. Archer also serves as CEO and sits on the Board of Newrange Gold, an exploration company with assets in the Western United States and Ontario, Canada.  Mr. Archer is a Professional Geologist (registered in British Columbia) and holds an Honours BSc from Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario.

Mary Ellen Thorburn, CPA, CA, CFA began her career in public accountancy with PricewaterhouseCoopers before transitioning to equity research as a metals and mining analyst with UBS Securities Canada.  Ms. Thorburn has had executive roles and overseen strategic, financial, and business development projects with companies including Barrick Gold, Taseko Mines, Eco Oro Minerals, and Great Panther Silver.  Ms. Thorburn is currently Interim Chief Financial Officer of Nexii Building Solutions and works as an independent finance consultant. 

Mr. Cross is a Chartered Professional Accountant ("CPA"), Certified General Accountant, and is a co-founder of Cross Davis & Company, a CPA firm that has focused on providing accounting and management services to publicly listed companies since 2010.

Kelly Pladson has provided corporate governance and regulatory compliance services to many TSX Venture and CSE listed companies since 2009. She works closely with the company’s CEO and legal counsel in maintaining corporate records, managing the day to day operations of the company and ensuring the company’s filings with the securities commissions and exchanges. Prior to 2009, Ms. Pladson was an assistant to an investment advisor.
